Job Title: Physical Therapist - Part-time
Location: 90th Medical Group, F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, 82005
Tentative Start Date: December 1, 2025
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 0600–1700, excluding federal holidays
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Graduate of a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience within the last 3 years practicing as a physical therapist.
- License/Certification:
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapy license from any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Must hold a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and a DEA registration number.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Strong clinical knowledge in rehabilitative care, functional mobility, and therapeutic exercise.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of physical therapy services in accordance with the scope of clinical privileges granted by the MTF.
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer manual exercises, therapeutic interventions, and physical modalities to restore, maintain, or improve function.
- Educate and assist patients with functional activities, mobility training, and the use of assistive/supportive devices (crutches, canes, prosthetics, etc.).
- Provide soft tissue mobilization and traction therapy to relieve pain and restore mobility.
- Record patient progress and treatment outcomes in the EHR system and communicate updates with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate patient care plans.
- Conduct wellness, injury prevention, and patient education programs to promote healthy recovery and mobility.
- Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and multidisciplinary planning sessions.
- Ensure compliance with DoD, DHA, and professional standards of care.
